Groomed by late owner Michael Murray; Bob Jr. has experienced every aspect of this business beginning as a summer helper in 1994. After completing his apprenticeship, working as a Journeyman, Foreman and later completing his Master Electrician License, Bob took responsibility for the company’s health and safety administration, AutoCAD services and project scheduling.

As President, Bob Jr. was the natural choice to lead our team. Deeply respected by his colleagues and clients, Bob continues to lead the Project Management team while keeping a close connection to clients taking pride in ensuring they receive the highest level of service Raylan has to offer in each and every project.

Meredith McCosh

Graduating from the University of Toronto in 1998 with an Honours Degree in Business specializing in management, Meredith has held several corporate leadership positions in both Canada and abroad. In 2007, she joined her father Michael Murray and the Raylan team bringing her strong business acumen and corporate management skills to Raylan. Meredith oversees all financial responsibilities of the company including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting functions in addition to Corporate Development.

With over fifty years’ experience in the electrical field working on various ICI projects in Toronto, Bob Sr. joined the Raylan team in 1994 as Operations Manager and Chief Estimator. Bob Sr. continues to oversee all estimating and quoting functions in addition to all day to day client relations.
Rollie Leblanc

As a seasoned, Interprovincial Red SeaI, CFAA registered fire alarm technician and a licensed Master Electrician, Rollie brings his thirty years plus experience to leading the Controls Operations at Raylan. Projects in his portfolio include the GM plant in Oshawa, the Bowmanville hospital, and the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). With a twenty-eight-year tenure at Raylan, Rollie is an expert in building control and automation systems.
Vergil Castro

Project Manager

Vergil’s strong tenacity for learning and problem solving led him to begin his career in the electrical field with Raylan in 1999. An expert in troubleshooting, installations and service of electrical, card access, fire alarms and CCTV’s systems, Vergil is a technical specialist. Since joining Raylan, he has continued his training and education obtaining his Red Seal Interprovincial Certificate and subsequently his Masters Electrical License and C CURE 9000 System Installer / Maintainer designation.
